Three Players from Alpine Public School Nalagarh Depart for National Roller Skating Championship in Coimbatore Three players from Alpine Public School Nalagarh have left for Coimbatore (Mysore) to participate in the National Roller Skating Championship, organized by the Roller Skating Federation of India. The competition will take place from December 5 to December 15, 2024.
The school will be represented by Yuvan Kaundinya and Dakshank Singla in the 9-11 age category, and Garvit in the 12-13 age category. These players secured their spots in the national competition after outstanding performances at the state-level competition held at Baddi International School on October 17, 2024.
In the 9-11 age group, Yuvan Kaundinya won first place and Dakshank Singla secured second place in the 200-meter skating race. In the 500-meter race, Dakshank Singla took the first position, and Yuvan Kaundinya finished second. In the 12-13 age group, Garvit won first place.
The school principal, Mrs. Bidu, and Vice Principal Mr. Harpreet Singh, extended their best wishes to the players as they departed for the national championship. The school Director, Mrs. Premlata Joshi, and Deputy Director, Mrs. Rumi Joshi, also congratulated the players and blessed them for success at the national level.
Mrs. Premlata Joshi emphasized that sports are an integral part of life, contributing to both physical and mental development for students.
