Reflection' 24: Alpine Public School Ignites Innovation and Creativity at Grand Science Exhibition Alpine Public School Nalagarh came alive on 6th October 2024 with the much-anticipated Science Exhibition, "Reflection' 24." The exhibition saw students from all classes showcasing their innovation, creativity, and deep knowledge through an impressive array of projects. From science and mathematics to computers, IT, languages, art, culture, and social sciences, the event was a vibrant display of interdisciplinary talent, reflecting the school's commitment to holistic education. The Chief Guest, renowned Punjabi singer and musician Sunaini Sharma, graced the occasion with her presence. As the granddaughter of Padma Shri Awardee folk singer Late Mrs. Surinder Kaur and daughter of Renowned Singer Mrs. Dolly Guleria, her association with Punjab’s rich musical heritage made her a perfect guest for the occasion. The Principal of the school Mrs. Bindu, extended a warm and gracious welcome to the Chief Guest and other dignitaries in attendance. Following the cultural performances and exhibits, Mrs. Rumi Joshi, Head of Administration, delivered a heartfelt vote of thanks, acknowledging the efforts of students, teachers, and the entire school community in bringing the event to life. The event opened with a thoughtfully curated cultural program, featuring performances that added a cultural richness to the scientific atmosphere. Highlights of the program included a soulful Ram Katha, a warm and engaging welcome song, and a dynamic Punjabi song mashup dedicated to the legendary "Nightingale of Punjab," Surinder Kaur, whose timeless contributions to music continue to inspire generations. Sunaini Sharma expressed her appreciation for the warm reception and was thoroughly impressed with the innovative projects displayed by the students. She applauded their creativity and enthusiasm, describing them as "small tech wizards and innovators." She noted that the event showcased not only academic excellence but also the vibrant spirit of innovation that will shape the future. Managing Director Mr. Vijay Joshi and Director Mrs. Prem Joshi praised the students for their hard work and creativity, emphasizing how the exhibition reflected the school’s dedication to foster intellectual growth of the students. Financial Secretary Mr. Akshut Joshi lauded the efforts of teachers and students alike, acknowledging the critical role played by the school’s management in supporting such initiatives. He further added that school will never back down from financially aiding such events for All-round development of the future citizens of the nation . In her closing remarks, Principal Mrs. Bindu, along with Vice Principal Mr. Harpreet Singh, credited the success of "Reflection' 24" to the collaborative efforts of students, parents, teachers, and the management. Their joint contributions made the event a grand success, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees. The exhibition stood as a testament to Alpine Public School’s ongoing mission to encourage curiosity, creativity, and the pursuit of knowledge, preparing its students to be future leaders in an ever-evolving world.
