Alpine Public School Students Excel at Children's Science Congress

Alpine Public School Nalagarh students were honored during the morning assembly for their outstanding performance at the 32nd Children's Science Congress, held at Shivalik Science Kharuni. The event saw participation from around 106 schools and 498 students from the Nalagarh block, with Alpine students excelling across both junior and senior categories.

Director Mrs. Premlata Joshi, Deputy Director Mrs. Rumi Joshi, Principal Mrs. Bindu, and Vice Principal Mr. Harpreet Singh congratulated the students, noting that Vedansh Tiwari and Samriddhi secured first place in the Junior Innovative Science Model competition. Vedansh will now present his model at the district level. In the Senior Secondary category, Prisha Sharma and Shruti Pradhan achieved third place.

In the quiz competitions, Krish Saini and Priyanshi Sharma secured third place in the Senior Secondary category, while Raghav Mehta and Pragya Mishra also claimed third place in the same category. Navya and Armaan Gautam took third place in the Junior Quiz competition.

Alpine students also impressed in the Mathematics Olympiad, with Jatin Chandel earning second place in the Senior Secondary competition, Prajwal Vatsyayan securing second place in the Senior category, and Namya Agarwal achieving second place in the Junior category. All three students have qualified for the district level.

Retired Deputy Director of Education, Mr. Shravan Kumar, the Chief Guest of the event, praised the students for their curiosity, innovative thinking, and knowledge. He commended schools for actively participating in such competitions, which promote scientific excellence.

Principal Mrs. Bindu and Vice Principal Mr. Harpreet Singh encouraged the students to continue performing at such high levels, while Director Mrs. Prem Joshi expressed her pride in the school's dedication to the holistic development of its students. She emphasized that these achievements reflect the supportive ecosystem cultivated by the school. She also encouraged other students to draw inspiration from the winners and participate in future competitions.
